Doug is a lifelong boater & water skier. He still spends many summer evenings slalom skiing on the Delta behind his Ski Nautique.He has been a commercial and personal marine insurance specialist for over 30 and has worked for and with the top marine insurance agencies and brokerages in California. He was co-founder and co-owner of Tony Rader & Son Insurance Service in the mid 1980’s.Doug enjoys close business relationships with the leading marine insurers in all parts of the country. Quality and value are his main business principles, and personalized, responsive service is his key to success. He is strongly committed to his clients and works closely with them to identify and address solutions to their coverage needs.

He is currently or has been a member of many marine industry and insurance industry trade associations including The Association of Marine Underwriters of San Francisco, Marina and Recreation Association, California Association of Harbormasters & Port Captains, Northern California Marine Association and the Delta Chambers of Commerce.
